Investing in Real Estate Development has taken the form of investing in real estate development as well as the illiquid nature of the assets. Access to asset-backed, tradeable, transparent, liquid, Ethereum-based token, with a clear token buyback policy.
How is the idea monetized? How do you token holders profit?
The funds raised through token sales is targeted at their entirety for the acquisition and development of residential projects across Latin America. We only want to invest in projects providing 30% + returns annually.
Half of the returns will be directed to buy-back tokens. The remainder wants to reinvested to grow the fund.
Tokens wants to increase value through buy-backs and through the growth of the fund. They should therefore appreciate as much as possible.
The first buy-back is between the second and third year.

Gradually liquidate the remaining ico capital to fiat.

24 to 36 Months after ICO First buy back
As projects complete development & sales, half of proceeds will be used for buybacks while the remaining will be reinvested in new projects.
